Returns & Replacements

At Grohe, we stand behind the quality of our premium home fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack with Care

    Place the item securely in its original box with all manuals, mounting hardware, and components included to ensure a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
